Hotel a North Knoxville

“Better then expected. ”

“There was blood on our bed sheets. Also, the floor was so dirty my feet were black when I went to get dressed in the morning. When we checked out in the morning and told the person at the desk, their response was, “We will have to check it out.” Not a good experience.”

“The breakfast was not prepared to feed a booked hotel. I had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for fresh eggs and sausage. Everything else was fine.”

“Our top sheet had a burned hole in it I know housekeeping saw it and couldn’t correct it.. ”

“Staff was very nice. Unfortunately we did have several small issues in the room. Broken microwave, cracked mirror, and leaking tolet.”

“The room was very nice. Was very impressed with cleaning team. Me and my daughter left jackets in the closet. Contacted the hotel a few days later, after realizing they where not here at home. The staff sent them back in the mail. Awsome”

“The TV remote didn't work, but the man at the desk gave me one that worked well. I got in late and did not get up in time for breakfast. Temperature was easy to regulate.”

“Left and did not stay.. room was in horrible condition. Cigarette burns in wall, bed, linens. Heavy smoke smell and very unclean. Not like the pictures at all.”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“Very friendly staff. Balcony room was just a few dollars more so why not. It’s essentially a window with a rail, there was no seating. ”

“Comfortable and clean room! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. elevator was down but I was able to get the last room on the first floor. Pool was really cold and could be cleaned. Rust in the tub. Fridge did not cool properly and took a full day to cool. Microwave works but the buttons weren’t functioning properly. My key didn’t work on my second day. I told the staff and was given another key! Very close to Knoxville! Overall I enjoyed my stay! I would stay again! ”
